Appointment Process

Once you submit an Request Form, an international care coordinator will contact you within one business day to guide you through the following process:

1. Complete an Appointment Request Form
   
   The appointment request form helps us ensure that your time in our care is hassle-free and as pleasant as possible.
   
   
2. Receive Your Appointment Confirmation
   
   Once we have received your appointment request form and other medical details as we may require of you, we will give you informed opinions from all the specialists in our affiliated hospitals, treatment costs, duration of hospital stay and duration of stay post discharge in their country before clearance to return back home .
   
3. Accommodation, Finance and Other Services
   
   Once you make your choice and your appointment is confirmed, your coordinator will assist you with all arrangements related to your visit, such as visa assistance, financial counseling, language interpretation, hotel reservations, transportation arrangements and more. We look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible.
